THE WHOLE TRUTH and NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH

"Networking to help the Hopeless
Achieve Equal Justice"

A swallow had built her nest under the eaves of a Court of Justice. Before her young ones could fly, a serpent gliding out of his hole ate them all up. When the poor bird returned to her nest and found it empty, she began a pitiable wailing. A neighbor suggested, by way of comfort, that she was not the first bird who had lost her young. "True," she replied, "but it is not only my little ones that I mourn but that I should have been wronged in that very place where the injured fly for justice.

Aesops' Fables

"In the United States," Eaton concluded, "every person, no matter how unsavory, is entitled to due process of law and fair trial. The defendant received neither. The validity of the verdict in this case rests upon the testimony of an admitted perjurer who had every reason to fabricate a story which he hoped would be believed. The courts of this country should not tolerate the deprivation of life or liberty under such circumstances...The judgement and sentence cannot stand.

James Kilpatrick

The reputation of lawyers is rapidly worsening. So says an American Bar Association Survey, which found that the percentage of Americans who report having little or no respect for lawyers nearly doubled from 1988 to 1996, with 44 percent holding that opinion today as opposed to just 25 percent in 1988.

It is evident that many judges are being driven by politics. Too many, appointed virtually for life on the bench seem more focused on pleasing their political benefactors than fulfilling their duty to uphold the Constitution and to protect the rights of the American people.

With the Judicial System embroiled in political rulings that don't square with the explicit meaning of the U.S. Constitution, there is little wonder that citizens have become both dissatisfied and distrustful of government.

HAVE LIED, COMMITTED PERJURY, CONSPIRACY, FRAUD, DECEPTION, AND MISREPRESENTATION upon the Court in a successful attempt to cover up The Truth, facts and unlawful violations by this Bank.

The President of the United States including President Nixon and President Clinton are not allowed the privilege or luxuries of lying regardless of the violation.  It is positively and knowingly a very serious Civil and Criminal offense for Officers of the Court, Bank and Public Servants to deliberately lie and violate the public trust.

Attorneys can not be at one and the same time violators of the law and upholders of the law.
